Excellent Stay and Great Service
helpful staff family room delicious breakfast
the hotel's location is great for seeing the square and using transportation. mustafa and jem at reception were very helpful. they upgraded my two standard rooms to a family room. mrs saima on the 4th floor was also very kind. the breakfast on the 9th floor had a beautiful city view and delicious food!
the room had one toilet and two showers in one space. i thought separating them into two bathrooms would improve it.

the breakfast offered a diverse selection of breads, cheeses, salads, and eggs. there was a variety of hot dishes that included potatoes, sausages, and shakshoka. fresh fruits, cereals, and a selection of beverages completed the meal.

the family room was spacious and very tidy and clean. it included two showers and basins in one area though the setup could be altered. i appreciated the upgrade and found the space very suitable for my family.

delicious breakfast perfect location personalized service
The hotel offered a delicious breakfast. I loved the cheese selections and spreads! The daily cooked shakshouka was amazing and the food variety changed every day! The location is perfect. I found the staff to be very approachable. I enjoyed the personalized service. They remembered me by name.
The A/C was turned off sometimes when you left. You had to request the front desk to turn it back on.

adequate stay
helpful staff convenient location stair entrance concerning security
the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast offered a decent variety of options. the room was clean, and the towels were changed regularly. the location was convenient with easy access to public transport.
the entrance had only stairs so managing luggage was difficult. i found the lack of security concerning because people could enter and exit without any checks. i also noticed a street vendor selling items right outside the entrance.
